100% naturally sourced, unpasteurised and minimally filtered, leaves the honey overflowing with all the natural goodness. Like all honey, wildflower honey crystallises over time but due to higher levels of fructose, this occurs at a significantly slower rate than ultra filtered supermarket honey.
