To achieve the smooth creamy consistency, minimally filtered raw liquid honey is added to a small unit of already crystallised honey and gently whisked. Whisking breaks down the honey crystals into smaller flakes, producing fine granulation which prevents the formation of large crystals which occur naturally in unprocessed honey.
