Pure Heather Honey 8oz

All heather honey is minimally filtered, raw and natural - straight from hive to jar! The thick and flavoursome nectar is ethically collected from beehives across Ilkley Moor, blooming heather between the months of August & September. 

With it's high viscosity, the extraction of heather honey is a highly laborious albeit enjoyable process! Consisting of ling, bell, and cross-leaved heather, as well as essences of nearby wildflower, the honey holds a beautifully unique flavour! Being too thick to extract with a standard honey spinner, this honey requires a manual press, a real treat for any honey connoisseurs...
